- To obtain a Kansas Salesperson license, you must:
- Complete the Kansas Pre-Exam course.
- Pass the Kansas test.
- Complete the 30 hour Kansas Practice course.
- Meet Kansas fingerprinting requirements.
- Affiliate with a Kansas brokerage company.
- To obtain a Missouri Salesperson license, you must:
- Obtain your Kansas Salesperson license first.
- Pass the Missouri State Law portion of the exam.
- Complete the 24 hour Missouri Practice course.

- Affiliate with a Missouri brokerage company.
Missouri Residents:
- To obtain a Missouri Salesperson license, you must:
- Complete the Missouri Pre-Exam course.

- To obtain a Kansas Salesperson license, you must:
- Obtain your Missouri Salesperson license first.
- Pass the Kansas State Law portion of the exam.

- Meet Kansas fingerprinting requirements.
- Affiliate with a Kansas brokerage company.
Course Information:
- This course is an audio and visual presentation course.
- Course consists of 7 chapters.
- As you move on to each chapter, the previous chapters may be reviewed.
- You may enter and exit the program as you wish. You may be prompted to enter your user name and password to login each time.
- Final quiz consists of 50 multiple choice questions. To receive Kansas credit, you must have a passing score of 90%. To receive Missouri credit, you must have a passing score of 75%. If you do not pass the first time, an alternate quiz will be provided.
- After passing the quiz, you will record your score and print your certificates (you will receive certificates for both Kansas and Missouri).
- For Kansas residents, your Pre-Exam certificate is good for 1 year. Your Practice Course certificate is good for 6 months. Your exam scores are good for 6 months. You must apply for license within these time frames.
- For Missouri residents, your Pre-exam certificate is good for 6 months. You must apply for license within this time frame.
