This course covers advanced topics, including real estate law, brokerage management, and ethical standards, preparing you for the Missouri Broker Licensing Exam and beyond. The Missouri Broker Pre-Exam Course is required before taking the broker real estate exam. The information is basically the same background information that is in the salesperson course, but it goes more in depth and the questions are more difficult.
