Kansas Salesperson Practice Course
This is the second required course in the Kansas licensing process. To enroll, you must first:- Complete the 30-hour Principles of Real Estate course
- Obtain your Prelicense (PL) Number from the Kansas Real Estate Commission: https://www.krec.ks.gov/
applicants/salesperson- requirements - Submit your PL number to Career Education Systems so that your completion can be reported to the Commission

- Meet the Kansas fingerprinting requirements: https://www.krec.ks.gov/applicants/fingerprinting
Course Information:
- This course is presented in an audio/visual format and includes 6 chapters.
- You may exit and return at any time.
- You must pass a 50-question final quiz with a score of 90% or higher. If you do not pass on your first attempt, an alternate version of the quiz will be available.
- IMPORTANT: You must submit your PL number to CES before your course completion can be reported to the Kansas Real Estate Commission.
- Your certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of completion.
