Sample Note: In order to obtain a Missouri Salesperson real estate license, you must:- Complete the 48 hour Pre-exam course.
- Pass the test.
- Complete a 24 hour Practice course.
- Meet Missouri fingerprinting requirements.
- This course is an audio and visual presentation course.
- Course consists of 6 chapters.
- As you move on to each chapter, the previous chapters may be reviewed.
- You may enter and exit the program as you wish. You may be prompted to enter your user name and password to login each time.
- Final quiz consists of 50 multiple choice questions. You must have a passing score of 75%. If you do not pass the first time, an alternate quiz will be provided.
- After passing the quiz, you will record your score and print your certificate. You must then take and pass the exam and apply for the license within 6 months of completing this course.
Missouri Broker Pre-License

Sample NOTE: The National portion of the Missouri Broker's exam is now in a simulation test format (rather than the traditional multiple choice format). The multiple choice questions used in the National portion of our course are used to help reinforce the material only and are NOT representative of the type of questions you will experience on the exam.- In order to be eligible for a Missouri Broker's license, you must be Licensed for 2 of the past 5 years (in any state).
- The 75 question State Law portion of the Missouri Broker's exam is still in a multiple choice format.

Course Information:
- This course is an audio/visual presentation and includes 6 chapters.
- You may exit and return at any time. You may be prompted to enter your login credentials when re-entering.
- You must pass a final quiz consisting of 50 multiple choice questions. A score of 90% or higher is required. If you do not pass on your first attempt, an alternate version of the quiz will be available.
- IMPORTANT: You must provide your Prelicense (PL) Number to Career Education Systems before completing this course. Without it, your completion cannot be reported to the Kansas Real Estate Commission, and your licensing exam cannot be scheduled.
- After passing the quiz and submitting your PL number, you will be able to record your score and print your certificate.
- You must apply for a license within 1 year of completing this course.
- Once you pass the licensing exam, your score is valid for 6 months.

- This course is recommended if you are currently a licensed Missouri salesperson and are applying for a Kansas license. Before completing this course, you must:
- Create a KREC account
- Pay the background and application fees
- Obtain your Prelicense (PL) Number from the Kansas Real Estate Commission Submit your PL number to Career Education Systems
- CES will not release your course certificate until your PL number is on file.
- After your completion is reported to KREC, Pearson VUE will email you instructions for scheduling your Kansas State Law Exam.

- Once you complete the course, you must take the Missouri State Law Exam.
