The Practice Course is required before application for license can be made. There is no real estate exam to take after this course. The certificate of completion goes with the application paperwork. The Practice Course teaches hands-on information about being a real estate agent. The student will learn how to work with contracts, financing, how to work with buyers and sellers, agency, etc.
